Release It Counseling® is a Christian counseling agency birthed in 2020 in Suffolk, Virginia since through a direct command of the Lord to our Founder to open a practice and name it Release It Counseling. What began as obedience became a sacred assignment. Release It Counseling is more than a group private practice. It is a prophetic healing center rooted in Isaiah 61:1: “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to captives, and freedom to prisoners.”           This practice was founded to serve those who are not only emotionally wounded, but spiritually bound by cycles of trauma, rejection, fear, and generational oppression. We believe healing must reach deeper than symptom management. True healing restores identity, breaks bondage, and releases what was never meant to be carried.
